cts are over!! :D last paper was on wed. i shall worry about the results when it comes...

stayed home the entire day today to finish watching War and Beauty. that hongkong drama serial on palace power struggles. damn nice!! watched a little during the first half of the hols then had to stop to mug for cts. finally finished it today. i love the show man. really like the way the royals look, dress, speak, walk, etc etc. i know alot of it is unrealistic. like hello the manchurians werent beautiful at all, i've seen photos (yeah they already had cameras during the late Qing dynasty!) of the empress dowager etc and they look really terrible! maybe they had a different discernment for beauty i guess. beauty, after all, is painfully subjective. but anyway, in the show everyone's pretty and beautiful and good-looking. MAJOR eye candy. plus the plot's really good too! highly recommended. :)

yesterday was benghui's birthday. :) jehanne, jf, yh and i were "supposed" to meet her at vivo but we met up first outside her house to surprise her, while she was still getting ready to go out. it was really stressful trying to keep our voices down while lighting the candle at the staircase, and yinghan was brilliant in calling her to ask her to find some notes that she'll never be able to find, so as to delay her from stepping out of the house. hahah! although, in retrospect, considering the sotong that bh is, there really wasnt any need to keep low, cos she wouldnt have noticed anyway! :P but anyway, the surprise was a success. :D went to vivo for shopping and "lunch"! havent had such a good time for so long. :D oh yeah bought a top from mango. :)

ate at yoshinoya for "lunch" cos we had some coupon thingy. can you believe it's my first time at yoshinoya?! this shot truly reminds me of japan last june. :/
